Idealliance has announced that Inovar Packaging Group, LLC, a label manufacturer headquartered in Arlington, TX, has purchased LabelPrint America of Newburyport, MA. The Idealliance Ideadvisors business advisory group was retained by LabelPrint to help it find a buyer that would support its successful growth strategies.

Tony Yemma, LabelPrint America’s Owner and Chief Executive Officer, will join Inovar as a sales consultant. LabelPrint America’s President, Robin Hamilton, will serve as a member of Inovar’s management team as a Vice President and the General Manager of LabelPrint America. The LabelPrint America division of Inovar will continue to operate from the Newburyport location.

Earlier this year, Inovar acquired three label companies: Murray Label & Printing in nearby Dallas and 21st Century Labels & Packaging in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Inovar also purchased the assets of SafePrints in Miami, FL to bolster 21st Century’s capabilities.
